Otago Uni Squash Booking Rules
- One person is not allowed to book for more than one hour at a time
- If the court is unoccupied 15 minutes after the start time of the
booking then it effectively turns into a "free court" and anyone can
use it
- Cancel your booking if you know you cannot make it to free it up for others
- Once you've checked in for a booking, you cannot cancel it
- Court 3 is available for booking at any
time, however if Clubs and Societies get a booking, this will override any
current bookings. If your booking is cancelled, you will be sent a
notification email.
- For each booking you make, you must turn up at the club up to 30 minutes before the booking time and login to the PC. Once you've logged in, your booking will turn red so other members can see you've turned up for your game.
